Back-up ring of phenolic aldehyde textile insertion is made from
destarched canequim, which is impregnated in phenolic aldehyde,
and then heated, rolled, turned. This product has good mechanical
property, oil resistance, low water absorption, and good resistance
to wear. It can be used as anti-friction back-up ring in hydraulic
cylinder, anti-friction cladding, bearing cage.
Anti-friction back-up ring packed with polyoxymethylene is a kind
of anti-friction material, which is made from polytetrafluoroethylene
or graphite stuffed with du pont polyoxymethylene. It has good mechanical
property and resistance to abrasion, and has been widely used in
various kinds of cylinder, hydrocylinder, seal ring.
